佐賀県陶磁器等海外市場開拓支援事業（欧州）の委託先を選定するための企画コンペを下記のとおり実施します。

3．目的
伊万里・有田焼を始めとした陶磁器は佐賀県が日本国内のみならず世界に誇る伝統的工芸品である。また、本県の大きな産業の一つであるため、国内の市場開拓に加え、海外への市場開拓にも積極的に取り組んできた。
今後、日本政府による欧州への伝統工芸品の販路拡大が本格化することから、この機を逃さず、陶磁器をはじめとした佐賀県の伝統的地場産品関係事業者の輸出を支援し、欧州への販路開拓を進めていく。その第一歩として、欧州市場へのリサーチをはじめとしたマーケティング活動を行うもの。
4．委託業務の内容
（1）
販路開拓戦略策定支援業務
ア 佐賀県の伝統的地場産品の状況を踏まえ、欧州市場で販路開拓に相応しい国、1か国を選定すること。
イ 佐賀県内の伝統的地場産品関係事業者で上記アで選定した国への輸出に意欲的な事業者を5社以上選定（以下、事業者とする。）すること。
ウ 各事業者に合わせて、上記アで選定した国のマーケティング戦略を策定すること。
エ 各事業者が策定した戦略に沿って、可能性のある販売店等へ各事業者3社以上訴求すること。
オ 輸出が決まった場合は輸送に係るアドバイスを事業者に適切に行い、納品までのフォローを行うこと。
カ 上記アで選定した国のトレンド情報や人気アイテム等、新商品開発につながるアイデアを提供すること。
（2）上記以外の業務
ア 業務全体のスケジュール、進行管理を行うこと。

purpose
Ceramics such as Imari and Arita ware are
traditional crafts that Saga Prefecture is proud of not only in Japan but
around the world.
Furthermore, as it is one of the prefecture's major industries, in
addition to domestic market development, we have also been actively working on
overseas market development.
In the future, the Japanese government will
move into full swing to expand sales channels for traditional crafts to Europe,
so we will not miss this opportunity to support businesses related to
traditional local products in Saga Prefecture, including ceramics, to export
them to Europe. We will continue to develop sales channels. As a first step, we will conduct marketing
activities including research into the European market.
4.
Contents of work
(1) Support for formulating market development
strategies
A. Based on the situation of
traditional local products in Saga Prefecture, select at least one country/area
that is suitable for developing sales channels in the European market.
B. Select five or more businesses related to traditional
local products in Saga Prefecture that are willing to export to the countries
selected in A above (hereinafter referred to as businesses).
C. Formulate a marketing strategy for the
countries selected in A above, tailored to each business operator.
D. Appeal to three or more potential
distributors, etc. in accordance with the strategy formulated by each business
operator.
E. If export is decided, provide appropriate
advice regarding transportation to the business operator and follow up until delivery.
F. Providing ideas that lead to new product
development, such as trend information and popular items from the countries selected in A above.
(2) Others
A. Managing the schedule and progress of the
entire business.
