Eligibility:
Anyone who has enthusiasm for activities in international exchange plus one of the following:

Aged over 18 and is residing, working or studying in Saga Prefecture. (If you are at a host family or foster parent home you need your family’s agreement.) Volunteer organizations that have more than 5 members and active in the prefecture Others admitted at our discretion.  Of course, we welcome foreigners too!

Application: If you wish to register as an international exchange volunteer please fill in the application form and submit it to the Saga Prefecture International Relations Association.  Once received, we will examine your application and then notify you of your registration.

Term: 1 year, from the 1^st of April each year (If you register after 1^st of April, it will be until the last day of the Japanese fiscal year.)  You can renew the registration if you wish. Registration is free.

Cancellation: We will cancel your registration if:
1. You wish to cancel
2. You lose contact with us
3. If an inappropriate mishap during your term has occurred.
